Pyrmont Boxing Class
As usual the Pyrmont bootcamp boxing class is planned for tomorrow morning.
The emphasis of oz bootcamp boxing classes has always been to include cardio and calisthenics, in the workout. Over time this has evolved so that with the intensity we use a recovery period to spend a little time looking a little bit more at technique and footwork etc.
The class is always going to be tipped toward fitness boxing and there is no need to bring any headgear or mouthguards
However, it is also nice to see the guys throwing some nice combos with descent form.
I have a good session plan for tomorrow and it is similar to the one I just finished at Chiswick.
