Outdoor Fitness Sydney – Boxing Class

Outdoor fitness Sydney – available options are probably too numerous to list these days! Its great to see so many people taking part in outdoor group fitness activities.

At Pyrmont I run 5 outdoor fitness classes a week. The classes are a mixture of muscular  strength & endurance, boxing, cardio and team activities.

Today’s session was an outdoor boxing class and I thought it was a lot of fun! There was a good turn out considering it was the coldest morning we have had for a while.

The Pyrmont outdoor  boxing class  session plan was:

Unders / Jog / Squat hold

Hooks  / sprinst / v holds/ toe touches

Straight punches  / foot work drills

Up punches / pushups

swap

Unders / jog / squat jumps

Hooks/ walking lunges

Straight Punch / Footwork drills

Uppers / Step ups
