What is the OZ Bootcamp Fitness Training
System?
Pyrmont Bootcamp in Sydney NSW, is an outdoor group
exercise and fitness program situated in Pyrmont Point
Park!
Using fun and motivating activities as well as a results based exercise program we
will keep you highly enthused and guarantee you will be coming back for more!
Over the years of running outdoor fitness groups and experimenting and tweaking the format and
training modalities, the OZ boot camp fitness training system has evolved into one of
the safest, most economical and physically demanding ways of keeping fit.
We use a steady diet of kettlebell training to give you the fitness level and physical
structure usually only attainable throught training with a skilled personal trainer that would charge up to
$80.00 - 110.00 per hour.

The OZ Bootcamp fitness training protocol includes a
training regime that addresses all aspects of your health and fitness.
Oz bootcamp fitness training system
is a highly structured exercise program with
a unique and holistic approach to the outdoor training
experience.
As a trainer i continue to train myself in Muay Thai and kettlebells and deliver to you the same
training that I actually do myself. After years of training in martial art and weights, I believe the training
which I deliver is world class.
My fees for personal training may cost
up to $110.00, so when you sign up to group fitness training with me you are getting top training at a
bargain price!
I run training packages 8 weeks in
duration and design the course around getting you serious results.
When you sign up to the OZ Boot Camp program you are eligible to attend any
of the weekly training sessions we facilitate.

"Pyrmont
Bootcamp is a great way to get fit in a relaxed outdoor environment. Nathan also
provides a lot of other valuable info on healthy diet etc. Pyrmont boot camp offers
everything one on one PT offers but at a much reduced rate. I would recommend
Pyrmont camp to anyone serious about getting in shape and getting themselves on
track to a new healthier fitter lifestyle.

started trainingwith Nathan in March
2008 to become fit for my water ski racing. In that time I have experienced
a lot of different training variety and believe I have come a long way in

Bootcamp is definitely helping me reach my
fitness goals quicker. What a way to start the day!

I have been a member of gyms before and have
made some progress, but then would start to find it difficult to motivate myself to keep up the
routine. The gym atmosphere was not right for me; I was bored exercising in a room of strangers
all listening to their ipods. It wasn't any fun! I would make my last visit several months before
my expensive membership year expired. I am now older in years than I like to admit to and I was
unhappy with my increasing weight and poor fitness level when I heard that OzBootCamp was about
"motivation and teamwork" and "HAVING FUN" whilst following a demanding fitness program.
Importantly, I could start by signing up for, and paying for only one month. So thinking "use it
or lose it" and "I've got to stop the rot" I joined up two months ago with the aim of loosening
up my stiffening limbs, improving my stamina and losing 7 kilos. YES, I am getting fitter; eight
weeks ago I could hardly jog a hundred yards, now I can jog a mile (I am thrilled). YES, I have
lost 4 kilos. YES, we do have fun. YES it is a demanding fitness program, delivered safely with
no intimidation. A BONUS: I have made many new friends whose good will and encouragement has made
OZBootCamp sessions part of my week NOT TO BE MISSED. |

I decided to join Oz Boot
camp because I felt as if I was getting a bit lazy as I was not really doing any sort exercise. I work
for a Travel Company in North Sydney so I am always indoors so I felt as if I didn't have enough time
to do any exercise and I was lacking confidence with my body.
My goal is to lose weight and feel better about myself as I am still only
young I find it very important to keep fit and be cautious of what I eat.
Boot camp has really given me the motivation to actually want to do
exercise.
I believe that I am on my way to reaching my goal as I am feeling fit and
boot camp is giving me a healthier lifestyle as well.
What I really like about boot camp is that it is more personalized as we
are not a very big group. I like how we don't just do one routine, we break it up with running, boxing,
ab work, etc. Everyone can go at their own pace/level which I think is really good and we can set
ourselves goals. |
